Cllr Sophie Evans

Sophie Evans is a Reform UK councilor for Ambridge Town Central (2026–2031). A lifelong community organizer, Sophie has a deep understanding of the challenges facing the town's youth. Her focus is Local Business, and she is dedicated to creating more apprenticeships and entry-level jobs for local school leavers. She believes that a strong local economy is the best way to tackle social issues.

Sophie is a familiar face in the town center, where she can often be found supporting local events and markets. She is a strong believer in "buying local" and has proposed a "Ambridge First" procurement policy for the council. Sophie is a keen hiker and enjoys exploring the Brokenshire hills.
