Full staff survey findings (487/612 responded, 79.6% response rate). Overall engagement up to 67% (benchmark 65%). Sensitive findings not for publication: Children’s Services leadership confidence at 43% and Planning at 47% (well below 59% average); bullying/harassment at 7.4% (above 5% benchmark), highest in Highways (11.2%) and Housing (9.8%). Directorate briefings by 15 Apr; action plans by 31 May; summary to all staff by 30 Apr 2025.
