In accordance with the Local Planning Regulations, notice is hereby given that the draft Neighbourhood Plan Review (2024) is now open for a six-week statutory public consultation period.
This updated planning document refines existing local design codes, updates green space designations, and strengthens policies regarding localized flood defense requirements for new developments.
The public consultation window officially commenced on October 12, 2024, and ran continuously until November 23, 2024. Interactive digital copies of the draft plan and its accompanying ecological impact maps were made available for download directly from the council’s online document repository.
Residents were also invited to attend one of three scheduled public drop-in workshops at the Parish Hall to discuss the proposals directly with planning officers. All formal representations had to be submitted using the online response form or via post before the winter deadline to be legally considered.
