Annual assessment of housing delivery against the Strategic Housing Plan 2026–2030. Net completions of 387 exceeded the 350 target; 112 affordable homes delivered against a target of 105. Five-year housing land supply improved to 6.2 years following the Ambridge North Urban Extension permission. 1,286 households prevented from becoming homeless (69.6% prevention rate). Temporary accommodation placements rose 12% to 84 households; a Temporary Accommodation Reduction Action Plan is included. Civil penalty notices of £62,000 issued against rogue landlords.
