Corporate Plan 2025–2030

Five-year corporate plan approved by Full Council. Vision: everyone in Ambridge thriving. 5 priorities: (1) Homes for All – 500 affordable homes, prevent 1,500 homelessness cases; (2) Growing Economy – 2,000 jobs, 300 businesses supported; (3) Greener Ambridge – carbon neutral by 2030, recycling 55% by 2028; (4) Safe Communities – ASB down 25%, 5,000 residents supported; (5) Well-Run Council – balanced budget, 80% resident satisfaction, top-quartile staff engagement by 2027.
