Community Infrastructure Levy

Revised CIL charging schedule effective 1 July 2025 (updated to BCIS index). Residential rates: Zone A (Town) £142/m², Zone B (Suburban) £118/m², Zone C (Rural) £95/m². Retail: convenience £85/m², comparison/leisure £40/m². Affordable housing, self-build, charitable development, and minor development (<100m²) all exempt. Parish allocation: minimum 15% (25% where neighbourhood plan in place). Annual CIL Infrastructure List published alongside schedule.
