Confidential review of 3 Chief Officers with 20+ days sickness absence in 2024/25. Officer A: long-term health condition, phased return with reasonable adjustments. Officer B: stress-related, returned Jan 2025, workload redistributed, EAP counselling ongoing. Officer C: planned procedure, 8–10 weeks, interim cover in place. Concurrent absences creating SLT operational pressure. Further update to CE in April 2025.
