Rolling 12-month programme of 21 anticipated key decisions across four quarters. Quarter 1 focuses on the budget cycle, ICT strategy, and auditor appointment. Quarter 2 covers the Annual Meeting, Parks Strategy, Licensing Policy review, and Budget Outturn. Quarter 3 includes flood risk, community safety, and economic development reviews.
