Overview

Ambridge Council is consulting on the future design of adult social care and community support services. The review covers proposed changes to day care provision, personal budgets, carer support schemes, and voluntary sector partnerships. Residents, carers, and service users are encouraged to share their experiences and priorities.

Background Information

Ambridge provides adult social care to over 3,200 residents, with annual expenditure of £38 million. An ageing population is projected to increase demand by 22% by 2030. The council's Adult Care Strategy 2025 commits to greater personalisation, improved carer support, and deeper integration with NHS and voluntary sector partners to deliver sustainable, high-quality care.
