You can submit questions to be asked at committee meetings or request to speak at a meeting.
Serving as the storytellers and record-keepers of the anniversary year, this sub-committee is responsible for capturing the narrative of our democratic progress over the past decade.
Their work involves conducting oral history interviews with long-serving residents, gathering historical photographs, and synthesizing complex ten-year governance reports into an engaging, readable format.
They will directly oversee the publication of the physical “2026 Parish Chronicle” and manage the accompanying digital exhibition that will be hosted on the new Democratic Website.
By collaborating with the local Heritage Preservation Society and our IT team, they will ensure that the physical memories of the parish are securely digitized, creating a permanent, searchable archive that will educate and inspire future generations of residents and civic leaders.
