Records appointments of Councillors to 12 external organisations for the 2026 Municipal Year, agreed at the Annual Meeting on 1 May 2026. Covers four categories: statutory and joint bodies (Joint Planning Committee, Safeguarding Children Partnership, Safeguarding Adults Board); health and wellbeing bodies (Health and Wellbeing Board, Integrated Care Partnership); economic and community partnerships (Local Enterprise Partnership, Community Foundation, BID Steering Group); and environmental and cultural bodies (River Authority, Arts Trust). Members must report significant matters to the relevant Portfolio Holder after each meeting.
