In strict accordance with the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, notice is hereby given that the unaudited statement of accounts for the parish has been published for review.
Local government electors and their designated representatives hold the statutory right to inspect and copy all underlying accounting records, invoices, and receipts for that specific financial period.
The formal public inspection window commenced on June 15, 2024, and concluded successfully on July 26, 2024. Interested parties were permitted to access these physical documents at the Parish Office between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
During this designated period, electors held the right to raise formal objections or question the independent external auditor regarding the financial statements. All inspection requests were directed in writing to the Responsible Financial Officer at least twenty-four hours in advance.
