Transport: A428 junction improvement £4.2m (developer contributions/Highways England), active travel corridor £1.8m (Active Travel England), demand-responsive rural transport £620k (BSIP). Education: new 2FE primary school £8.5m (developer contributions/DfE) by 2029, secondary sixth form expansion by 2031. Health: GP surgery (NHS ICB, by 2028), pharmacy via planning condition. Green infrastructure: 22ha Country Park £3.1m. Utilities: National Grid reinforcement by 2027.
